Hastings Metal Finishers Ltd was established in 1983 with the aim of providing an electroplating service of the highest quality to the engineering industry. The Company is run by Directors Alan and Paul Hastings who between them have over 25 years of surface engineering experience complemented by scientific backgrounds. Our current client base numbers over 200 Companies including leading organisations in the areas of precision and general engineering, metal fabrication, and electrical and electronic engineering.

Treatment facilities are available for processing ferrous components including stainless steel, copper and its alloys and aluminium alloys.

We have an in-house laboratory for physical and chemical testing.

Hastings Metal Finishers Ltd are specialist electroplaters. We concentrate only on doing the things at which we excel. To satisfy our customers' requirements we operate an accredited quality management system in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2000. We have an on-site laboratory for physical and chemical testing and we are members of the Metal Finishing Association which is a division of the Surface Engineering Association. All work can be carried out in accordance with the required British Standard, Defence Standard or other customer specification.
