Zinc Plating

Zinc is a bluish white deposit which is used as a relatively inexpensive decorative and sacrificial protective coating against atmospheric corrosion of iron and steel parts.

Zinc plated deposits are used extensively on threaded components, pressings, sheet metal parts and most other iron and steel components in industries such as car manufacturing and construction.

We have 6000 litres of Zinc plating solution in three plating vats and two plating barrels.

Our Zinc coatings are further protected by passivating after plating in a yellow/gold, clear/blue or black finish depending on our customers requirements. All of our passivation processes are based on Trivalent Chromium to meet current directives such as RoHS, WEEE and ELV.
